Research

Three projects are underway, all of them open.

Current projects

  • Bedaquiline and clofazimine resistance in tuberculosis

An open, versioned resource measuring how mutations in Rv0678, pepQ and atpE shift bedaquiline and clofazimine MICs, built from the CRyPTIC Consortium dataset. Data tables and software released on 6 October 2026.

  • Kazakh biomedical language

The first open Kazakh biomedical text resource, with named entity recognition and terminology mapping. Nothing like it exists yet.

  • Central Asian medicinal plants

A computable knowledge base of the chemistry and traditional use of medicinal plants from a region global databases barely cover.
